Cookie Policy

The short version
We do not set any cookies on this website. We store one item in your browser's local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined, our website analytics are cookieless, and we do not track you across other websites or run advertising.
The one place a third party may set a cookie is the appointment booking calendar embedded on our contact page, which is provided by Google. The detail is below.

This website is operated by S4W L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with licence number 2529741, whose registered address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. How we handle personal data more generally is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device and sends back to that website on later visits. Local storage does a similar job — it keeps a value on your device — but the value is not automatically sent anywhere; it is only read by code running in your browser.
The rules that apply to cookies in the UK apply to local storage too, because both involve storing information on your device. So although we set no cookies of our own, we tell you about the one thing we do store.

That is the complete list. We set no first-party cookies, no advertising or marketing cookies, and nothing that identifies you personally.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not use a persistent identifier, and cannot follow you to other websites.
Because it stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data, analytics load by default. If you decline using the banner, we stop loading them straight away. You can change that choice at any time using the button below.
Third-party content we embed
Our contact page embeds Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling so you can book a call with us. That embed is served by Google, and Google may set its own cookies inside it — including cookies relating to a Google account you are signed in to. We do not control those cookies and we cannot read them.
If you would rather not load it, you can email us instead at hello@s4w.com or use the contact form on the same page, neither of which involves the embed. Google explains its own use of cookies in its cookie policy.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Your choice is remembered in the cookieConsent value described above. We do not offer separate categories to accept or reject individually, because there is only one thing to decide about.
You can change your mind at any time:
You can also clear the stored value yourself through your browser's settings for site data, or block and delete cookies generally. Doing so will not stop this website working. Guidance for the common browsers is available from Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not build profiles about you from your browsing.
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores information on your device, or change how analytics work, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top. This policy covers s4w.com only; our platform and customer dashboard are covered by our Privacy Notice.
